Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to spearhead the growth of our
EZY fleet franchise network. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Network Expansion
professional with a proven track record in franchise sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees.
- Network Expansion: End to End ownership of franchisee identification to onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast sales accurately.
- Negotiation: Pitch franchisee proposal and negotiate franchise agreements.
- Events/MeetUps: Participate in Franchisee development events, franchisee meets/webinars.
- Team Management: Manage a team of sales executives and inside sales team.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in franchise or business development.
- Preferable experience in franchise fleet/logistics/automobile industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the franchise business model and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language Preferences: Kannada (MUST), English & Hindi.
