Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to spearhead the growth of our
EZY fleet franchise network. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Network Expansion
professional with a proven track record in franchise sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees.
  • Network Expansion: End to End ownership of franchisee identification to onboarding process.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast sales accurately.
  • Negotiation: Pitch franchisee proposal and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Events/MeetUps: Participate in Franchisee development events, franchisee meets/webinars.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of sales executives and inside sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in franchise or business development.
  • Preferable experience in franchise fleet/logistics/automobile industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the franchise business model and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Preferences: Kannada (MUST), English & Hindi.
