Job Summary
BLive, a fast growing electric vehicle (EV) platform, is seeking an experienced Key Account
Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients in the logistics industry. This
role focuses on overseeing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and B2B (Business-to-Business)
accounts, driving revenue growth through increased wallet share, and identifying
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration,
working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, and Supply to ensure
excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners and B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients & 3PL clients.
- Develop strategies to increase wallet share and identify opportunities for upselling
and cross-selling BLive’s services. - Monitor daily performance reports to track account health and key metrics.
- Oversee invoicing and payout processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply teams to meet client needs and
optimize task execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring
client satisfaction. - Manage an Operations Executive to support account management activities.
- Conduct occasional client visits to strengthen relationships and address client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Key account management or a similar role in
the logistics industry. - Proven success in managing and growing 3PL and B2B client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM & MS Excel expected.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EV or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with account management processes.
