- Manage top B2B & 3PL clients
- Grow revenue via upselling
- Resolve issues & ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate across departments
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Sales
- 2+ years in client servicing (preferably logistics)
- Strong negotiation, CRM & Excel skills
