Designation: Business Manager (Sales)

Job Summary: This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and ensuring that all
dealership and franchise align with the company’s standard and objectives. The Business manager must
plan and execute a sales strategy to grow the business in the allocated territory. Managing the partners
and ensuring business growth and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Network expansion
    a.) Identify potential markets and locations for new dealership opportunities.
    b.) Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the dealership network.
    c.) Facilitate the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring they meet all company requirements and standards.
    d.) Provide continuous support to existing dealers to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
    e.) Discuss and explain the Franchisee program with ROI, Commercials and FAQs
  • Driving business development
    a.) Local marketing activation with Franchisee partner
    b.) Tie-up with B2B customers (SMEs, Fleet operators, delivery agents, logistic cos)

We expect you to have:

  • Strong Sales capability, ability to identify and create sales opportunities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in local language
  • Confident with numbers and analytical skills, should be well versed in excel and Office.
  • Be prepared to travel across the geography

Qualification:

  • Post-Graduation or MBA
  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience in the Automobile Industry
