Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, MBA-qualified Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead B2B client
acquisition for our electric 2-wheeler rental business. You will be responsible for driving field sales by
identifying, pitching to, and converting high-potential enterprises (e.g., healthcare, services, and
manpower companies) in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential enterprise clients across Bangalore.
- Pitch the EV rental proposition to decision-makers (Founders, Ops Heads, etc.).
- Lead on-ground demos, vehicle handovers, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with inside sales to track lead status and follow-ups.
- Report weekly pipeline updates, deal closures, and market feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA (mandatory), preferably in Sales/Marketing/Operations
- 4-6 years of B2B field sales experience in logistics, mobility, SaaS, or fleet tech
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with travel and self-managed sales targets
- Familiarity with mobility, EV, or operations-driven sectors is a strong advantage
