Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of our 3PL tech platform, focusing on EV fleet management and rental solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of 3PL, QCommerce, and rental business models, coupled with hands-on experience in building and scaling tech products for enterprise clients and fleet operators.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore (HSR Layout) for a Product Manager to lead the development of our 3PL and EV-focused technology platform. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, optimizing 3PL order flows, and enhancing user experience for our blue-collar workforce users.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of a 3PL tech platform to efficiently manage client orders and fleet operations.
- Product Roadmap Management: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and user feedback.
- Feature Development: Spearhead the development of new market features based on data-driven insights and end-user behavior analysis.
- Product Validation: Own product validation through A/B testing, MVPs, RAT (Riskiest Assumption Testing), and continuous iteration based on key product success metrics.
- Order Flow Optimization: Optimize 3PL order flows for efficiency, cost reduction, and seamless integration with client systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- User Insight Gathering: Gather insights from blue-collar workforce users to enhance usability, accessibility, and adoption of the platform.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance, track KPIs, and make data-backed decisions to improve feature adoption and overall product success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3+ years of product management experience in 3PL, QCommerce, or rental-based business models, with at least 1 year in EV Tech & 3PL/Rental product development.
- 3PL Expertise: Strong understanding of 3PL order management, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
- Enterprise Product Experience: Experience in designing, launching, and scaling tech products for enterprise clients and fleet operators.
- Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in A/B testing, MVPs, and RAT (Riskiest Assumption Testing) methodologies.
- Data Analysis: Data-driven approach with expertise in analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Product Impact: Demonstrated success in launching impactful product features with measurable business impact.
- User Understanding: Ability to work closely with blue-collar employees, understand their challenges, and design user-friendly solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EV & Logistics Experience: Experience working with EV fleets, rental platforms, or B2B logistics solutions.
- Last-Mile Delivery: Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations and workforce management solutions.
- Advanced Tech Exposure: Exposure to AI-driven logistics optimization, predictive analytics, and IoT integrations.
