Inside Sales Executive – B2B EV Rentals

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to manage the B2B lead funnel for our EV
rental vertical. You will run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and drive engagement to support the
field sales team in closing opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage CRM pipelines of relevant industries (healthtech, staffing, services etc)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for field sales
  • Share pitch decks, proposals, and pilot offers with potential clients
  • Maintain lead status, conversion metrics, and funnel hygiene
  • Prepare weekly sales funnel reports and performance dashboards.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales (B2B SaaS, EVs, logistics preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead tracking tools
  • Fluent in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus)
  • Goal-oriented with an eagerness to grow into a client-facing sales role
  • Detail-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
