We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience in planning,
executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in running
paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta)
- Manage PPC campaigns to maximize CTR, CPL, and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Conduct A/B tests, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives
- Analyse data to track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and targeting
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes
