Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive our enterprise platform vision:

  • Focus on first-mile & mid-mile fleet electrification
  • Seamlessly integrate our in-house ESG & carbon-credit platform
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap from feature research through launch
  • You will collaborate across development, design, operations and leadership to ensure we deliver a
  • market-ready, differentiated SaaS solution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritise the Phase 3 feature set for first-/mid-mile logistics and
  • ESG modules, based on market research and user feedback.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with leadership, operations, Emtribe and marketing teams to gather requirements and socialise progress.
  • User & Market Research: Deep-dive into first-/mid-mile logistics workflows, identify pain points, competitive benchmarks and sustainable-mobility opportunities.
  • Specification & Documentation: Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a feature-wise development backlog.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA and the Blive PMO to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Coordinate with marketing and sales to craft launch collateral, sales decks and onboarding materials for clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics (e.g. route-efficiency gains, carbon credits generated); track KPIs and iterate post-launch.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Product Management: 3+ years in SaaS product roles; experience shipping B2B features end-to-end.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data orientation; adept at translating quantitative and qualitative insights into product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Indian English; experience running workshops and executive-level presentations.
  • Agile Practices: Hands-on with Scrum/Kanban, backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies.
  • User-Centricity: Proven ability to conduct user research, develop personas and validate features with real users.


Good-to-Have:

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with APIs, telematics data and basic SQL or analytics tools.
  • AI/ML Exposure: Understanding of AI-driven optimisations (e.g. route-planning algorithms) or experience working with ML-based features.
  • UX/UI Sensibility: Ability to critique wireframes and drive intuitive interface designs.
  • Startup Exposure: Thrives in fast-moving environments and wears multiple hats when required.
