About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in travel and hospitality sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing business. This is an on-field sales role that requires meeting key customers daily to expand our sales pipeline.
We expect you to:
• Drive revenue growth through sales and business development activities.
• Generate sales from Hotels, Travel Agencies, Online Travel Platforms, and Corporate tie-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Strong network within the travel and hospitality sector in Goa.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within Goa for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualification:
• Any Graduate
• Min 2 -3 years’ experience in hospitality or tourism industry
