About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in travel and hospitality sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing business. This is an on-field sales role that requires meeting key customers daily to expand our sales pipeline.
We expect you to:
âĒ Drive revenue growth through sales and business development activities.
âĒ Generate sales from Hotels, Travel Agencies, Online Travel Platforms, and Corporate tie-ups.
âĒ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the travel and hospitality industry.
âĒ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
âĒ Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
âĒ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
âĒ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
âĒ Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
âĒ Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements & Skills:
âĒ Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
âĒ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
âĒ Strong network within the travel and hospitality sector in Goa.
âĒ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
âĒ Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. âĒ High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
âĒ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. âĒ Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
âĒ Willingness to travel within Goa for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualification:
âĒ Any Graduate
âĒ Min 2 -3 yearsâ experience in hospitality or tourism industry
