In case of theft, the incident must be reported to the local police and BLive’s operations team within 24 hours. An FIR must be filed detailing the theft. The franchise partner should share the FIR and relevant documents with their BLive Relationship Manager or via official support channels.
BLive will assist in preparing and submitting the insurance claim, which includes documents like the FIR, insurance policy, RC copy, driver’s license (if applicable), and a signed claim form. The insurance provider will then conduct verification and, upon approval, settle the claim. BLive will manage the replacement or update the fleet records as needed.
